If Staging a house does help it sell, then would you pay to have someone come out and evaluate property?

Would you pay to have some one come and do a walk through of the house and list things to do that could add value to home if those projects suggested were completed?

I wouldn’t. Just make sure everything is extremely clean and neat. Eliminate clutter and pack up personal items. Most people have a friend or two who have good taste and can help you with decorative touches.
