Got any good how to prepare for an open house/ home staging websites?

Try to make your home look like a new model home, having said that not all homes are new construction. Make sure everything is clean, properly painted, and clutter free, remove all personal items. Remember you are staging the home to sell, make those small repairs to give the home a finished and complete look. If you are not a realistic person, have a friend who is very honest walk through the home and give criticism, we all know that anal clean person. I have found they offer advice quickly and often for free! Make sure you clean all windows, drapes, carpets, tile, walls, bathrooms should be spotless, kitchens should be bright and open. The bottom line is that even a slob wants to buy a clean home and then dirty it themselves!

home staging can be pretty expensive unless you’re selling million dollars homes. Otherwise, try to clean up all the clutters, repaint the inside and/or outside as well, clean the carpet, well manicured lawn/landscape help the curb appeal.

The Prodigal's Son,
Last year, oh no, in 2005 and before, we have tea fellowship after Church Service. Last year, it was taken off because someone felt that it was always those few sisters who prepare the food and that these sisters need to leave the service a little earlier to prepare the coffee and tea. So, there are Marthas and Marys – too many opinions.
Hope it resumes this year! I would be more than happy to prepare the tea, coffee and finger food!
