I have been approached by "stagers" to do my listings. Average cost is $2,000 or more. They supply the rental furniture. Or they declutter an existing house..

By "staging" do you mean fixing up, cleaning, adding accessories, buying new furniture or fixtures, etc? If so, then absolutely not. That’s the responsibility of the home owner. Realtors show houses, they don’t put money into them.

I have been homeless in LA. Asking the homeless to pay for their shelter is a bad idea.
