I am remodeling on a very tight budget. I need to find an ottoman and decorative items such as vases, candles, art, etc. I need items to place on built in shelves in my dinning room. Items for floor, ie. vases or tall bottles, or baskets. I need table items. My style is contemporary. I a lso need an area rug that is no more than 5 x 8.

Have you ever shopped at Z Galleries? I love it, google on line to take a peek. Not sure if they have one in Houston but they do have nice things. Some reasonable and some not. At least it can give you ideas.

As to the area rug Target right around 200.00 but huge! Love it!

Hi there! I just bought a beautiful new home and all the walls are off-white and neutral . . . anyone have any decorating tips or sites I can refer to to spruce it up and give it a feel??
