Thank you
take Drama, I am
its ALOT of fun, and plus those stage frights will go away, those classes are meant for teaching, not to prove how good you are at something.
even art is fine, youll learn how to get better and expand your knowledge, but i think drama is good since later in life you will have to present things and talk in front of a bunch of people, so drama will definetley get rid of those fears.

Staging a HouseI was told that when you are selling your house and you have people due over with a realtor, you should leave some music on like jazz, etc. so that that house doesn’t have a dead silence or so that every little noise isn’t heard. Is that true? Also, is it ok to leave placemats on the kitchen island eating area or remove them? Thanks.
Ok I have bought quite a few houses and I find if music is on it is a big distraction. Leave it off and don’t bake any cookies or anything like that. Buyers become suspicious that you are trying to distract them from other smells or sounds. Just remove all unnecessary things and even family pictures should be gone. The buyer wants to imagine themselves living in your house so keep it plain and very simple. Get rid of any knick knacks and by all means set the table, not the island like you would if you were to have guests. If you only have an island leave it bare or fresh flowers in a vase. It looks nice. Turn on every light inside and outside. The house shows better. Put a Welcome mat outside and pay close attention to the street scape. How does the house look when you drive up to it. Would you want to go inside? Buyers get a feeling right away. Like the house or not just by driving up to it. Good luck I hope it all goes well for you.

Home StagingI buy the furniture, pay storage, movers, my fee. The inventory costs between 5-6 thousand (full living room set, master bedroom set, dining set, possibly patio). No other staging services in my central Florida metro area that rent furniture.
What a rediculous question. Nobody can tell you that. If you want to have an indication take the yellow pages in your neigbourhood and try to get an offerte from other companies.

They will not be very glad with you doing that if you do that under the pretense you want to hire them but instead you are setting up a business by your own.
The normal way to calculate fees is:
- what are your fixed expenses (per book-year)
- what are your mutable expenses (so per assignment)
- what is a fair profit margin in this business
- what do other companies charge

Home Decorating…and how long did it take you to finally figure it out and find a certain aesthetic for your home that you’re happy with?
We have several themes throughout our home. Our kitchen is French Country and the rest of our home is Traditional, with a tad of Victorian sprinkled here and there.
It took quite some time to finally find the right style for us. I’d say about 6 years. We’re very pleased with the way our home looks. In 5 years, we plan on making some changes to the the exterior to make it look Medieval.

Staging Coursessuppose iam 30yrs old and at this stage i want to complete my graduation like b.a., b.c.a., etc….will i have to face any entrance exam or will i be able to get direct admission in b.a.from ignou university…as i’ve completed my 12th in yr 1988..what is the age limit and how much is the fees…..PLZ GUIDE ME AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
I’ve been working on my Bachelors for going on three years now and I’ve been in classes with people with the same goal in mind as yourself. Obviously, the average age range in my classes was men and women in their late teens and early twenties, but I’ve also had several classes with people well into their thirties and fourties. The oldest person I’ve ever gone to school with was a grandmother in her early fifties. That’s determination for you. The only thing I could tell you is that more than likely a 30 year old will have to start from community college upward, and then transfer to a four year institute. Even if a 30 year old had glowing marks in high school, straight A’s, honor roll, etc. colleges usually disregard your high school grades/GPA and SAT scores if they were taken more than five years ago from the time of application for college. If this is you, I wish you luck in your decision. And if this 30 year old you speak of is someone else, I wish him/her the best of luck too!
