i was hoping that i could find a community or even a website where you can get some decorating ideas for someone my age, 25. i want to redecorate my home and remodel it. if anyone has any good home interior design websites where real people can show off their decorating please let me know. thanks. a good one i know of is designspongeonline.com

My friend is has an diploma in architecture certificate with her. But her marriage was performed. and the chances for full time study has rulled out because her husband is a civil engineer and in a developing stage of his carrier. In this case he is not being able to give her wife the room she required for development because of his job chang from one place to other.

can anyone give some idea to enhance her carrier without disturbing her family life and dont obstacle her husband’s future.

If she has to study then some obstacles are supposed to come…
anyways…. she can go for a bachelor degree in architecture

if she is from the state of Maharashtra or Karnataka…. she can try YCMOU …. this university has distant learning courses for architecture but the study centers r situated in the above mentioned states only….

otherwise she can contact the Indian Institute of Architects’ any zonal chapter for the details …. they also provide the degree

and if she is not interested in degree then she can learn a bit of design soft wares like 3d max, photoshop, coreldraw, etc

We are moving across country, but want to leave some things in our house for staging purposes as well as the fact that one of us is staying for a number of months until the house gets sold. We are trying to figure out how much we are going to spend if we split the move up into two trips, or if it is cost prohibitive to do so. Thanks.

I moved across the U.S. once, it is not for the faint of heart. Depending on how many days you space it out, how much you have to stop, size of the truck you need, etc, it will probably be around $5,000 each trip.

Truck rental is VERY expensive one way. The major rental companies (U-Haul, Budget, etc.) have good online calculators to give you an idea how much truck rental will be.

However, if the move is job related, you can deduct your moving expenses from your taxes.

Home staging is very important. Look at the myriad of TV shows featuring home staging and the difference it makes toward the sale of a home. I interviewed 3 realty companies earlier this year when we were putting our home up for sale and they all had stagers available. Tie your business with real estate companies and you should have a great new business.

I love watching the shows anyways ,but they try to make things look so simple and inexpensive.
I know I don’t need to complain ,but I actually came here to see if anyone can suggest palce with decorating tips for people who don’t have as much money to spend
